Each exercise includes a pattern twist: coaching specific to how your anxiety operates, showing you exactly where your old habits will try to take over.

Go do something real

Now you put yourself in new situations and see what happens.

Pick a quest. Do it. Reflect on what happened versus what you predicted. That gap between prediction and reality is where your pattern lives. And every time you notice it, it loses a little more power.
